Today’s Marathon of Hope

Four years ago, Janet and Paul Ainslie took over the Annual Terry Fox Run at Cedarbrook Park in Scarborough. Paul, a Toronto city councillor in Ward 43, and Janet, a chartered accountant, use their diverse skills to improve and manage the event. As Janet Ainslie tells Centennial Journalism’s Tianna Henry, the Terry Fox Run gives communities the ability to come together and support everyone’s work to raise money for cancer research.
