Bill Dineen has seen some changes in the annual Terry Fox Run since he started chairing the event along with his wife Diane in 1990. The Upper Grand District School Board started organizing its own runs. But Dineen has continued his fundraising efforts.
Dineen and his volunteers hold a regular silent auction at the Mount Forest Fall Fair. They raised over $2,000 dollars last year for cancer awareness. He tells Centennial Journalism’s Paul Hantiuk why he is still doing his part to find a cure for cancer. Click here to listen to the interview.
