Times have been tough during the global recession and it’s getting harder for people like Adam Hawko. Hawko, at one point depended on social welfare for himself and his son to survive. Now Hawko has turned it around. He has an honest job. But he admits he is still finding it difficult, as the cost of living rises in Toronto.
