A Toronto woman helps a Ghanaian village

by Deidra Barton, Centennial Journalism

A year ago, Toronto’s Sonia Barton and her husband went on a trip to Ghana.  During her first time there she made connections with the children and people of the community.   Since her trip, she’s decided to start an organization collecting clothes, books and school supplies for children. She spoke to Centenial Journalism’s Deidra Barton about her wishes and her experiences in Ghana. Listen to her interview here.
